  My toddler has been at NGCC Beverly for over a year now. We absolutely love it! The directors and teachers are compassionate and dedicated to their work. We are happy with our daycare decision and highly recommend this center to all families.

  I started working for Next Generation of Beverly in 2011 and the appeal of a place that provided educators the tools to succeed in the classroom while maintaining creative freedom in the daily planning was a feature that lured me in! Teaching through play, genuine interaction, and the developed bonding was a major factor in planting my roots to NGCC as my career developed in the early years. The availability to grow with a company that you find comfort in has been wonderful as I started as a supporting teacher and have been provided with plenty of opportunity to grow into new roles as the years have passed. There is nothing better than being a leader of a program we can be proud of within the Beverly community. I've made wonderful friendships with staff members and have maintained amazing relationships with families both past and present. It truly is a home away from home for many of the children and staff members and eventually you begin to feel "family" when you're in our school celebrating alongside one another and cheering on each other's successes. As with any company, and in any field; there may be hiccups along the way, but facing those head on with the support system throughout the school is a true testament to the strength of our school, the passion from our educators, and the commitment we all provide to ensuring the early learning years are the strongest foundation for the love of learning!
